Turn unused space into unforgettable experiences.
Transform your unused space into a VR attraction. We take care of the technology, setup and launch. You choose how we invest and work together.
Financing on our side is also possible, depending on the space assessment, the business case and the agreements.

Partnership models
Your space. Our expertise. Your choice.
Three ways to start. We tailor investment, commitment and profit sharing to a substantiated business case.
Self-directed
You invest
You finance the installation. A larger share of the result stays with you.
- The startup investment is made by your business
- Guidance and support tailored to you
- Delivery and responsibilities agreed together
Shared start
We invest together
We share the startup investment and agree a suitable profit split.
- A shared startup investment
- An agreed profit share
- Responsibilities set out in advance
Room for partnership
We invest
At suitable venues we can cover all the agreed startup costs, in return for a larger agreed share of the profit for us.
- Depends on the space assessment and business case
- You provide the space and the agreed operational commitment
- Cost base and profit sharing agreed up front
Profit sharing, not revenue sharing. We agree the cost base, ownership, maintenance, term and exit in advance.
Affordable to start
A standout attraction. An affordable start.
Bespoke design, a modular fit-out and a suitable financing model can limit your starting investment. Begin with what your space and business case need.
It is not only the purchase price that counts. Compare like-for-like delivery, operational commitment and contract duration.
Your business case
Explore the financial potential.
An example calculation, not a guarantee. Enter your own assumptions; capacity and suitable rates are determined per venue and system.
The starting values are a calculation example only. All amounts exclude VAT.
Revenue = sessions × participants × price × 52 ÷ 12.
Operating result = revenue − operating costs.
- Indicative revenue per month
- €5,200
- Operating result per month
- €3,200
Before additional costs, taxes and any profit sharing. Consider staffing, licences, energy, maintenance and marketing when thinking about your costs; avoid double counting and discuss the full cost base.
Cumulative operating result after 12 months: €38,400. Unchanged assumptions, no invented growth.

Frequently asked questions
Clarity before you begin.
What kind of space and shape are suitable?
That depends on the system and the intended experience. We assess a flat clear floor space, shape, height, safety, walking routes, access and technical provisions. Passages and outdoor areas are not automatically suitable. Floor area and player capacity are determined during the space assessment.
Will we need staff to supervise the attraction?
Yes, allow for operational commitment. Think of reception, explanation, safety, hygiene and helping guests play. The guidance needed depends on the system and your visitors. We agree in advance the tasks of your team and our role.
Which experiences and licences do we get?
We select an offer tailored to your audience and the chosen system. Availability, commercial licences, capacity and any updates are specified in the proposal; there is no fixed number of games or guaranteed update frequency.
Can you finance the startup?
At a suitable venue we can cover all the agreed startup costs, in return for a larger agreed share of the profit for us. This depends on the space assessment, business case and agreements. The venue provides the space and the agreed operational commitment. Investing yourself or together is also possible.
How does profit sharing work?
We agree profit sharing, not revenue sharing. In advance we determine which income and costs count, for example staffing, licences, energy, maintenance and marketing, and how these are accounted for. Ownership, maintenance responsibility, term and exit conditions are also recorded before you decide.
How are training, support and faults handled?
We include training and launch guidance in the proposal. Maintenance, support, fault procedures, availability, responsibilities and any costs are agreed in advance. There is no unconditional promise that all service is included.
When can the attraction be installed?
After the intake and space assessment we make a schedule. Design, delivery, preparation of the space and system availability determine the realisation time. We do not promise a fixed installation period before those elements are clear.
Can we expand later?
We can explore a modular concept. Expansion depends on free space, hardware, content licences, technology and the business case. We discuss the possibilities and conditions during the design and again whenever you want to scale up.
