Completing this page
The space assessment processes your answers in the memory of the open web page. This request flow does not store lead data in a database, localStorage or analytics and does not send it automatically. Refreshing or closing the page discards the completed answers.
Downloading and emailing
A text download contains all completed answers and is saved on your own device. The email button passes those same answers to your own email client, addressed to info@ultimatevr.nl. No email is sent until you send it yourself. The processing and storage by your email provider fall under its terms.
Contact details in your request
Company, name and email address are needed so we can answer your request. Phone, free floor area and notes are optional. Do not share sensitive personal data in the notes. A sent request is used for contact about your space, business case and possible partnership. This page makes no statement about a fixed retention period or legal company details that have not been confirmed.
Hosting and external services
The hosting service may process technical log data, such as IP address, requests and error messages. The actual registration depends on the hosting and platform settings; this is not a claim that the whole website is tracking-free. Fonts are loaded via Google Fonts. External source links open websites with their own privacy policies.
